"Adrian Dadds came recommended just over 1 year ago from a friend who spoke highly of him. My first thoughts after being put under pressure from RBS to make a significant debt reduction were ‘this will probably be another waste of time and money’. Since trading in property for over 28 years now I have met and wasted my time with many brokers who were looking for commission before anything and trying to slip a policy or two onto you as well! I can honestly say when I met Adrian he had a different approach. The finance I required was for two HMO properties and many of the banks were running away as fast as possible rather than help me.
